All Aboard Train Play

You book the halls, we bring the fun!

All parties include:

• A train track with motorised trains.

• A ride on train and track.

• A box of build your own track.

• Stand alone tracks (differing depending on age of guests).

• 30 mins of giant Thomas the Tank Airflow.

Smaller Parties:

Perfect, regular party for 10 children. We would need an hour to set up and 30 minutes to pack away. We will build a track to play on with trains and some stand alone sets, a box of build your own track and a ride on train.

£150.00 for an hour and a half of play.

Standard Parties:

A large party for 30 children. This set up mimics our play sessions. We will provide a large track with trains, the same as our play events, two ride on trains and some stand alone sets.  We would need 90 mins to set up and an hour to pack away. 

£250.00 for a two hour party.

Weddings:

Looking for some entertainment to occupy the children at your wedding? Is there a spare side room or space? Why not have a track set up!  As both of the parties above, costings are the same for 90 mins of playtime. It is £50 for each extra hour, capped at £500 for a whole day.

Each extra hour - £50

Fuel - Distance within 40 mins from Torpoint included. Every 20 mins extra will be £10.

Party bags, for example (3 weeks notice to be given)

• Train driver hat for each child to keep (£3.50 per child)​

• Train driver hat and wooden train whistle to keep (£5 per child)

Terms and Conditions 

On booking a party a non refundable deposit of £50 is payable.

Payment is accepted by bacs transfer 24 hours before the party.

All venues must have own public liability insurance.

Airflow is operated for 30 mins at a time due to noise from air pump.

Young children should be accompanied by their parents/guardians at the party. If older children are invited without their parents they are the responsibility of the party host or designated adults who should ensure they treat our resources and guests with respect.

We reserve the right to leave a party early if we feel that behaviour is unacceptable or equipment is being misused or intentionally damaged. If this were to happen items will be charged for items damaged.
